About this Event
Come for a Shamanic Sound Bath with shamanic practioners Cat and Miss Coexist as they take you on an extraordinary, reiki infused, sound bath journey. Relax sitting or lying comfortably on a thick cushioned mat, while inhaling ancient vibrational medicine known as sound therapy.
Set your intensions and relax into the sound journey with a mixture of crystal quartz bowls & percussion instruments.
Starting with a brief breathwork meditation with Miss Coexist, she and Cat will then pull you into a natural deep meditation for 60 blissful minutes of beautiful, cleansing music.
Comfortable, thick mats, pillows, eye masks and blankets are provided but feel free to bring your own mat and pillow!
