Art Flow and Shamanic Journey Medicine Monday, where we will be exploring how to release and let go of creative blocks , feelings of not being good enough at making art, and releasing any emotions that feel stuck in the body.
We will gather at Scott Hall Mills Monday 8 July 2024 7PM.
To Begin you will be guided on a shamanic journey meditation, raising your creative vibrations.
You will then have time to free make to respond to your experience, this will be supported by a carefully selected soundtrack exploring your response to your body, your journey and the music through art making.
We will end with a sharing circle, before leaving with your new piece of artwork.
The session is floor and wall based.
Please bring water to stay hydrated, a notebook and pen for any journaling.
The studio is a no shoes zone.
There is a free parking outside and next to the studios. Give yourself time to find a parking space.
