Step into the ancient path of the healer with our Shamanic Healing Techniques & Studies Program — a 12-week immersive journey guided by Stacey Valle.
Through ritual, energy work, ancestral connection, and practical healing methods, you’ll rediscover your innate ability to work with Spirit, Nature, and the unseen realms. Each 90-minute class offers hands-on learning, guided journeys, and take-home materials to deepen your practice between sessions.
This program is designed for both beginners and those already walking a spiritual or healing path who wish to expand their understanding of shamanic arts in a grounded, community setting.

Individual Class Descriptions
Week 1 – Introduction to Shamanism (Jan 16)
Discover what it means to walk the shamanic path. Explore ancient traditions, the role of the healer, and the connection between the seen and unseen worlds. This class sets the foundation for your journey through sacred teachings and practices.
Week 2 – Working with the Five Elements (Jan 23)
Learn to work with Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Spirit as living allies. You’ll explore how each element manifests in your body, emotions, and rituals — and how to bring them into balance for healing and harmony.
Week 3 – The Four Directions & Building Sacred Space (Jan 30)
Discover the medicine and wisdom of the four directions. Learn to open and close sacred space, call in energies for guidance, and create a protected container for ceremony and healing work.
Week 4 – Energy Protection & Spiritual Hygiene (Feb 6)
Protect your energy and reclaim your peace. This class teaches grounding, clearing, and protection techniques using smoke medicine, sound, visualization, and intention. Perfect for empaths and energy workers.
Week 5 – Working with the Spirit World (Feb 13)
Connect safely and intentionally with spirit guides, ancestors, and helping spirits. Learn to recognize spiritual communication and strengthen your intuitive relationship with the unseen realms.
Week 6 – Ancestral Healing (Feb 20)
Transform patterns passed down through your lineage. You’ll explore ancestral trauma, forgiveness, and gratitude rituals that bring peace and healing to both your bloodline and spirit family.
Week 7 – Shamanic Journeying (Feb 27)
Experience the sacred practice of shamanic journeying using rhythm, drumming, and breath. Travel between worlds to meet your power animal and receive messages from your guides.
Week 8 – Tools of Shamanism (Mar 6)
Explore the tools used by shamans across cultures — drums, rattles, feathers, stones, and more. Learn how to cleanse, consecrate, and work with your sacred tools for ceremony and healing.
Week 9 – Shamanic Rituals & Ceremony (Mar 13)
Learn to design and lead powerful healing rituals from intention to completion. Explore how to align ceremonies with moon phases and cosmic energies for transformation and renewal.
Week 10 – Spirit Animals & Nature Allies (Mar 20)
Deepen your connection with animal and nature spirits. Discover your personal power animal and the medicine it carries, and learn how to call upon your nature allies for guidance and protection.
Week 11 – Shamanic Healing Techniques (Mar 27)
Step into your healer’s role with hands-on energy practices. Explore soul retrieval, extraction, and illumination — all grounded in compassion, ethics, and respect for Spirit.
Week 12 – Integration, Embodiment & The Medicine Wheel (Apr 3)
Close your 12-week journey with a sacred integration circle. Revisit the teachings, reflect on your transformation, and learn to embody your shamanic path in everyday life.
