We will give gratitude for all our wonderful gifts from the land through a cup of ceremonial cacao or rose petal tea followed by a deeply relaxing shamanic journey to enhance your wellbeing for the week to come.
Introductions will be made to the world of Ancient Celtic shamanic practice and how we honour our sacred ancestoral land in this time of climate chaos.
Bring a mat and a blanket and cushion or pillow, all to make you feel more relaxed on the evening. If you have a favourite mug, bring that too.....
