Shamanic Foundations is a grounded, one-day or full non-residential weekend workshop introducing the core principles of shamanic journeying and basic healing practices in a steady, supportive, and beginner-friendly way.The emphasis is on direct experience, safety, and clarity, not belief systems or performance. The work is approached slowly and respectfully, with plenty of space for reflection, questions, and integration.
