Experience our drum healing practice and connect more deeply to your inner wisdom. Our holistic approach is focused on human experience, incorporating a variety of distinctive elements. It allows for events to be a unique and individualized occurrence.
Led by Josephine Sheppard, a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach, and Contemporary-style Shamanic Practitioner. She utilizes her specific methodologies, Buffalo drumming, meditative exercises, mind-body movement, synchronistic breathing, and embodiment practices designed to allow you to become rejuvenated, replenished, recentered, breakthrough and release stressful patterns, and reset your nervous system.
PREPARATION:
In preparation for the event, I encourage you to dress comfortably. You're welcome to bring a yoga mat, lap blanket, and a pillow or bolsters to ensure your comfort, as you desire, though it is not required. You may experience benefits by sitting in the chairs provided, or if you prefer to bring a folding chair that is more comfortable for you, you're welcome to do so.
*Sage or Palo Santo may be used ceremonially during the event.
