Throughout the experience, we will also weave in light on-the-mat moments for relaxation, energetic support, and integration, allowing the body and spirit to fully receive the medicine of rhythm and sound.

To close our time together, Tisse will guide a crystal singing bowl sound integration, offering a soothing vibrational experience designed to help harmonize the nervous system, deepen integration, and leave you feeling centered, connected, and renewed.
