🦚 Shamanic Dreamwork✨ Join us at Aplomb. Gallery on March 5, 2026 from 6-8 PM. Shamanic dreamwork is a practice that goes beyond dream interpretation. Shamanism is inherently about relationships. Adding this element, we are entering into a deeper relationship with Self, Other, Community, Nature, Spirits, and the Divine. In this framework, our dreams are messages and gifts, and we nurture our relationship with the “non-ordinary” realms and beings by honoring their guidance through action in our lives. We excavate the wisdom of our dreams for healing and empowerment. Allowing our everyday lives to be informed practically by dreamwork, we walk with clearer intention, we attune to and develop our intuition, we expand our consciousness, and how we direct our attention. We live an embodied spiritual experience.
Gathering and sharing in circle, we collectively weave a field that amplifies our intentions, wisdoms, and healings, individually and communally.In this Shamanic Dreamwork workshop, we will share and reflect on each of our dreams, what their messages may mean to us, and how we may honor them in our everyday lives. We will further do journeywork for deeper insight.
Bring a dream to share, we will provide an Aplomb notepad, but feel free to bring your own if you choose. You may even bring “non-ordinary” experiences from your waking life to share and work on those as a dream. If you do not have a dream to share, or you feel you do not remember your dreams, just having intention and interest will open these gates up! And it is still possible to participate and be included, as we all carry contributions when we travel together, sharing awareness.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket, as well as a cushion to sit on if you have one. We will also have chairs for those who prefer that. Hosted at Aplomb Gallery 262 Central Ave, Dover, NH. Free parking in back off of Kirkland Street.
🐊About the instructor: Working from a decolonial and re-indigenizing lens, Rev. Raena Wilson is a spiritual guide and embodiment coach who supports others to integrate and express the deep callings of their Wild Soul, to walk more in the exquisite beauty of their Power, Love, and Wisdom. Raena weaves her experience in shamanic service, energy work, intuitive insight, visioning, and trauma-informed somatic coaching to help people deepen their self-knowing, clarity, and empowerment. An unruly mystic whose approach has been described as gently powerful, all-encompassing, and transformative, she follows the energy, and not necessarily the rules or conventional thought. Through her alchemical and unconditional nurturing perspective, she helps clients safely unpack unresolved patterns, realize liberating perspectives, reveal their spiritual gifts, and reclaim their vitality. In her interest to help others attune to their Inner Indigenous Nature—the aspect of us that implicitly knows how to nurture connection to wholeness—she teaches and facilitates the art of being human in order to source from soul and spirit wisdom in practicality. Her ancestral roots include Ilokano, Tagalog, and Pangasinan Filipino lineages with multiple spiritual gifts on her mother’s side, and Celtic and Nordic lines with visioning gifts on her father’s side. She has always felt and followed the call of the Indigenous, via a shamanic path of initiation and esoteric experience, sensed and remembered from deep within her bones. She is a Babaylan-inspired Seer, Healer, Sacred Rebel, Somatic Coach, and Shamanic Guide who seamlessly blends a multimodal, multidimensional approach to facilitate increased well-being and connectedness.
