Shamanic Dance Meditation: Seven Gates of Ishtar is a guided movement journey where dance becomes medicine and the body becomes the gateway home. Through intuitive movement, breath, and gentle guidance, participants explore shadow as sacred terrain—meeting what’s ready to be seen, released, and transformed.

No dance experience needed. All bodies welcome.

Each session offers a trauma-informed, consent-based space honoring personal pace, presence, and embodied wisdom.
