A monthly gathering where women and female-identifying bodies come together to move, laugh, and feel good in their bodies.Shakti means feminine life force energy. This evening is about awakening that energy through music, movement, and community.
We’ll dance to sensual, uplifting rhythms — Caribbean soca, soulful beats, and music that makes you want to move your hips and shake it out. Sensual guided moves, no pressure. Just a room full of women moving freely.
Come with friends or come on your own.

We close the night with a guided rest, allowing your body to soften and settle so you leave grounded, relaxed, and feeling amazing.
