A six month semester to advance and enhance personal practice, beginning this fall.Facilitated by studio director, Michelle Gigante, who brings thirty years teaching experience and daily devotional practice to the program. She shares her wealth of knowledge as an intuitive, spiritual leader and advanced practitioner.
The program meets every Tuesday evening and Saturday late morning/early afternoon. It concludes on March 22 2025.
Whether eager to hold space as a Shakti facilitator, a seeker of knowledge, or an activist invested in healing community, the Shakti Immersion Program provides tools and support to navigate a spiritual journey in today’s society.
Lectures on yogic philosophy; dharma talks on spirituality; demonstrations on asana; guidance on mediation and discussions on Vedic text are some of what will take place in this concentrated experience.
