Shakti Energy Awakening

Are you curious about working with Shakti energy in a grounded and embodied way?

This full-day experiential training offers a safe and supportive space to explore Shakti energy through breathwork, somatic awareness, and meditative practices.

We will work with gentle prana channel cleansing, conscious breathing techniques, guided meditation, and body-based exercises to release somatic and energetic blocks. The practices are inspired by ancient Buddhist and Vedic traditions, adapted to a modern, grounded context.

This training is non-dogmatic, beginner-friendly, and focused on direct experience rather than belief. No prior experience is required.

This space is for you if you want to:

• deepen your embodied spiritual practice
• reconnect with your body and inner energy
• explore Shakti from a conscious and respectful perspective

• Gentle prana channel cleansing
• Conscious breathing techniques
• Guided meditation and body-based exercises

10:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with breaks included

Please come with a light stomach and bring water to stay hydrated.
During the day there will be tea and light snacks provided.
