As we step into the powerful energy of the Spring Equinox and the Astrological New Year, we invite you to join us for an evening of deep connection, soulful movement, and intention setting. This is the perfect time to find balance between your inner and outer worlds, as the energy of spring pushes us forward to step into our full power and invite healing energy into our daily lives.

This sacred gathering is an opportunity to tap into your intuition, express yourself freely, and open to the flow of the season’s energy. Our time together will include:
✨ Cacao Ceremony – A heart-opening, powerful practice to set intentions and connect to the energy of spring.
✨ Ecstatic Dance Flow – A journey of free movement, not a dance class. Ecstatic dance is a form of meditation, helping you release stress, reach the Bliss state from movement and breath, and experience deep serenity through sensual and energetic body movements.
✨ Sound Healing – To close the evening with deep relaxation and energetic realignment.
The energy of the Spring Equinox is the perfect moment to restore balance, bring harmony to your life, and empower you to step forward with strength and grace. This is a safe space for women to move, release, and embrace their fullest selves. Come dressed as your Sensual Goddess, embodying the vibrant, blossoming energy of spring! Such colours , as greeen, yellow, pink and red are highly welcomed yet optional.
Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which the dancers, sometimes without the need to follow specific steps, release themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy. The effects of ecstatic dance begin with ecstasy itself, which may be experienced in differing degrees. Dancers are described as feeling connected to others, and to their own emotions. The dance serves as a form of meditation, helping people to cope with stress and to attain serenity.
Our intention is to create the safe space for women to express freely, let go of expectations, drop the performance, and step into a world where dance is your medicine, your freedom, and your connection to the divine feminine. No steps to follow—just you, the music, and your wild, radiant energy!
