New Hampshire’s Department of Education is hosting a collaborative Lunch & Learn in partnership with Qualtrics on Thursday, April 23rd in Concord.

The Challenge: Most Strategic Plans end up as 80-page static PDFs that simply "sit on a shelf," making real-time progress monitoring and Board accountability nearly impossible.

Hear from Superintendent Michael Tursi at Shaker Regional on how his district modernized their strategic plan, improved real-time transparency, and created greater alignment with their community and Board.
