About this Event
See you at the Shaker Boulevard Community Open House!
Come join us in person for an informative and interactive public event focused on the upcoming Shaker Boulevard project. The event is an open house format, so attendees are welcome to stop by anytime between 5pm - 7pm to participate in different activity stations. All who live, work, or travel near Shaker Boulevard are welcome to participate.
Purpose:
The public event will provide information and an opportunity to discuss design features and plans for the project. The project area extends the length of Shaker Boulevard from Woodhill Ave/Buckeye Rd through Shaker Square to the Shaker Heights city border.
Venue location:
The event will take place inside the Shaker Square Visitors Center, located in the southeast quadrant of Shaker Square (between Captain Tony's and the Shaker Square Animal Hospital). Conveniently accessible by public transit, the location is accessible from the Shaker Square rapid station on the Blue and Green lines. Parking is also available nearby on-street and in parking lots behind the Visitors Center (southeast quadrant) and Dave's Market (southwest quadrant).
Organizers:
The City of Cleveland is leading the project through the Mayor's Office of Capital Projects (MOCAP) in partnership with Ward 6 Councilperson Blaine Griffin and Ward 3 Councilperson Deborah Gray.
