Bar Margot continues its Shaken & Stirred mixology series on Tuesday, March 24 at 5:30 p.m. with Springtime Sips, an early evening cocktail class celebrating the bright, botanical flavors of the season. Guests will shake, stir, and sip through two spring-ready cocktails while enjoying light bites and guided instruction from Bar Margot’s bar team inside the stylish lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta. The hands-on session features the Nectar—a refreshing blend of gin, honey, St-Germain, lemon, and soda water—and the Botanica Martini, a crisp, herbaceous take on the classic made with gin, Lo-Fi vermouth, and rhubarb bitters. Along the way, guests will explore the balance, aromatics, and seasonal ingredients that shape each drink while picking up a few techniques to bring home to their own bar cart.
