Shake-Out Yoga for Maui Marathon Runners

Aloha Runners!

We will be hosting a complimentary yoga flow for race participants on Saturday, April 25th. There will be limited space, so please RSVP if you'd like to join us! Class will be located a few steps away from the expo, on the Honoapiilani Terrace, at The Westin Maui. Class will begin promptly at 7:30 AM and ending at 8:30 AM.

The class will be the perfect pre-race day flow, to move your body, and improve mobility. The Westin Maui will be providing towels for all RSVP'd guests. Feel free to bring a mat, if you have one available to you!
