✨ It's time to start 2024 in the best way dancing to alllllll your fav TS songs in a zumba inspired dance fitness style format on Thursday 18 January ✨??
We are celebrating the joy of movement through Taylor Swift songs and all the feels (& dance moves) that her music brings. You don't have to be a dancer - anyone and everyone is welcome! This is about the power of music & togetherness in a sparkling atmosphere.

19.00 - 21.00: 2 hour dance fitness class with breaks in between songs to learn fun ERAS moves from the ERAS tour ✨
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Truly anyone and everyone - this is not about your level of expertise, your age, your background or whether you have ‘rhythm’ (two left feet are very welcome`!). This is about getting a group of amazing and diverse people together in person to dance to soul-filled music in a magical space. If you are a TS fan, sing your heart out✨
If you‘re not a 'Swiftie' or don’t know the words, it doesn’t matter (you will still feel the joy) ✨
FORMAT / STYLE
The 2 hour dance session is a zumba inspired dance style format - all TS songs with simple repetitive moves to the beat including fun dance moves from the ERAS tour ✨ I will stop between songs to show you certain moves so you can feel more confident as we shake ✨ it ✨ off ✨
A few moves will have different levels so you can choose the level that is best appropriate for you / what feels good. And if anything, just move side to side to your own rhythm - no one is judging you here ✨
Take water breaks anytime or pause as you need - listen to your own body.
All movements are safe - that is my priority as a qualified exercise to movement instructor.

£15 - I do this for the pure joy of it, just need the hiring costs covered✨
