This immersive workshop is designed to bring you back into alignment from the inside out, through Shake Rising and powerful pranayama.Shake Rising blends somatic shaking, intuitive dance, fitness, and affirmation to move stagnant energy, awaken vitality, and embody Liberation from within. Moo, a certified Shake Rising Facilitator, gracefully and powerfully leads as we journey through the seven main chakras, awakening each along the way.
With the energy centers open and balanced, Mitchell, certified Kundalini, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yoga Nidra facilitator and Reiki Master Buides us in the use of ancient cosmic breathing techniques to amplify that flow of energy and touch the deeper states of divine bliss and stillness within, known as samadhi.
To close, we are immersed in the vibrations of a sound bath-gentle frequencies that quiet the busy mind and effortlessly invite subtler realms of awareness into our perception.
