Manami, a rising DJ and producer born in Japan, raised in the UK, and now based in London via Bristol, has been making waves with her energetic, prog-infused sound that resonates with UK vibes. Notably recognised by mixmag as one of their Breakthrough DJs of 2022 and featured in DJ Mag's Ones To Watch in 2023 list, she has garnered acclaim both nationally and internationally.
During her time in Bristol, Manami cultivated a devoted following through her better days parties and performances at prestigious UK events, including fabric Room 3. Drawing from influences like classical training, psychedelic grooves, and Bristolian Bass music, her music takes listeners on an exhilarating journey through contemporary sounds.
With releases on esteemed labels such as Future-boogie, Soothsayer, and Semi Delicious, Manami has earned regular support from Jaguar on BBC Radio 1 and 6Music. Her debut EP, 'Eventide In Orbit', released on June 3rd via Viscera Records, represents a significant milestone in her career, showcasing her versatility and innovation.
