Come out, clean out, and connect with your neighbors! To help make this event enjoyable for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines:
Your Space
Each participant will have a 10 ft x 10 ft space. Please keep all tables, items, and displays within your area so everyone has room to shine.
Set Up & Enjoy the Day
• Set up begins at the designated time—no early arrivals, please.
• Once you’re ready, move your vehicle to approved parking so shoppers can safely explore.
• Plan to stay set up for the full event to keep the energy going throughout the day.
Leave It Better Than You Found It
We take pride in our community spaces. Each participant is responsible for:
• Removing all unsold items, trash, and boxes
• Leaving your space clean and clear
• Taking everything you brought with you at the end of the day
What to Sell
Gently used household items, clothes, toys, and treasures are perfect!
Please no illegal items, weapons, alcohol, or hazardous materials. Food sales require prior approval.
Neighborly Selling
• Price your items clearly and be ready to make change
• All sales are handled between buyers and sellers
• A friendly smile goes a long way!
Keep It Safe & Welcoming
• Keep walkways clear for easy browsing
• Be respectful of neighbors, shoppers, and volunteers
• Help us keep the event family-friendly and fun for all

We plan to gather rain or shine unless otherwise announced.

Participants are responsible for their own items and set-up. The Town and organizers are not liable for lost or damaged goods.
