Shadow Work Social is back.
This is not a workshop.
This is not therapy.
And nobody is here to fix you.
This is a space to normalize real conversations. The kind where you can be honest, listen without jumping in to fix anything, and actually connect with people.
We start with a guided journaling prompt. Nothing crazy, just something real enough to make you pause and check in with yourself.
Then we reset the room for a moment.
And then… that’s when the fun begins.
The space opens up into conversation, and our signature prompt cards are there to help guide it if you need it. Or not. You can follow the flow, start your own convo, or just listen and take it all in.
No pressure to share.
No expectations.
No performative healing.
Just good energy, real people, great music and conversations that actually mean something.
