What is Shadow Work?1. Shadow work is the process of examining the parts of ourselves that we keep hidden or repressed. These aspects often stem from childhood experiences or societal conditioning.
2. Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung introduced the concept, emphasizing that we all have different facets, including those that have been exiled or pushed away, which become our “shadow parts.”
