As we complete the Wood Snake year—a cycle of shedding, truth, and grounded clarity—we step into 2026, the Year of the Fire Horse: a year of movement, courage, visibility, and embodied action.

Shadow to Fire is an intimate, in-person workshop created to support the transition from inner reflection into aligned forward momentum. This experience is designed to help you identify and integrate the shadow patterns that must be acknowledged so your intentions can take root and move forward with clarity.

This is not traditional vision boarding.
We begin in the shadow.
We honor what once protected you.
Then we activate what is ready to move.

The ceremonial intention-setting portal opens at 2:22 PM, anchoring your vision into the body, nervous system, and energy field before moving into journey, creation, activation, and sound healing.

Gentle arrival, grounding practices, and nervous system settling.

2:22 PM | Sacred Intention-Setting Portal
Guided intention setting to consciously open the energetic container and anchor personal intentions.

2:30 – 3:15 PM | Shadow Identification & Integration
Guided shadow exploration with reflective prompts, inner child awareness, and embodied insight.

3:15 – 4:15 PM | Vision Board Creation
Create a manifestation board rooted in truth, clarity, and embodied intention.

4:15 – 5:15 PM | Shadow Healing Sound Journey & Activation
A one-hour sound healing experience incorporating Golden Light activation and Sword of Michael energetic shielding.

5:15 – 6:00 PM | Integration & Closing
Embodiment practices, nervous system integration, and ceremonial closure.
