About this Event

Step into the season of self-discovery!
The Shadow Season Workshop is on the horizon.

Are you being called to sit with your shadow and shine a light on the parts of yourself you’ve tucked away?

We are thrilled to announce the launch of ticket sales for our exploratory Shadow Season workshop, taking place this November. This workshop presents an excellent opportunity to delve deeply into the aspects of ourselves that often go unnoticed, transforming our hidden treasures into extraordinary insights.

Just as the seasons change, we can embrace our shadows and transform them into something beautiful. Together, we’ll illuminate our inner landscapes and discover the inspiration waiting within. This workshop is designed as a sacred space for self-exploration, where we can gently explore those tucked-away aspects of ourselves. Plus, you'll be supported by our amazing team of collaborators, each bringing their unique expertise in holistic practices. We can’t wait for you to join us on this enlightening journey!

This exploratory workshop will take place on three separate days in November - the 2nd, 16th, & 30th - every other weekend. Each day, we begin the session at 2:00 p.m. and end at 4:00 p.m. It will be held at the Albany Public Library in the meeting room. You're welcome to show up no sooner than ten minutes before. This allows the presenter sufficient time to prepare. You will receive a journal and a pen, along with any materials that are needed during the workshop. This includes a folder of resources to take home.

We will provide water and warm tea. The library bathrooms will be accessible during the workshop to use as needed. If at any time you need to step out for a phone call or for whatever reason, please don't hesitate to do so quietly.

After you purchase the ticket, you will receive an email with details and an introduction to the workshop. As well as meet the team. We will use email to communicate with you, both before and during November, until the workshops are over.

As an added offering and resource, you will receive complimentary tickets to my Moon Circles, which are occurring on November 8th and 22nd—these alternate with the workshop weekends for additional support. It is neither expected nor required for you to participate in the moon circles; it's optional. Whatever you are feeling called to do. If you are interested and haven't already, I recommend joining our online Facebook community of over 250 followers - https://www.facebook.com/share/g/19C72rRgYR/ - Mystics of the Moon.
