Join us for an unforgettable event led by husband and wife Cory and Mallory Maran!
Release in your body, expand your mind, connect to your ancient roots, and integrate with your tribe 🌬
Upon entering our magical space, we will first have an introductory talk followed by a short meditation. We will then go into a powerful Energy-Breathwork Journey for 45 minutes, alongside intentionally curated music. Mallory will facilitate light touch/energy work during the experience.
You'll be guided into a specific breathwork process that involves deep, rhythmic breathing to induce expanded states of consciousness. Your body creates a natural high!
Your body will be primed to let go, detoxify, clear chronic pain or gut issues, rewire your mind, relieve stress, gain wisdom, and access our mystical and ancient roots.
After, we'll enjoy Shabbat blessings, nourishment, and connect in a deeper way among community!

Logistics:
Be prompt! We will arrive and ground into the space at 6:45. Once the breathwork journey begins at 7, we do not want to disrupt the integrity and safety of the space.
We will have clean mats and eye masks laid out for you to immerse your experience.
Dress comfortably.
No heavy meals at least 90 minutes prior.
Bring your own water bottle for the practice.
Optional: Bring a blanket, journal, pillow for your head — anything that helps you feel comfortable!
Be open! All you need to do is show up and you'll have exactly the experience you're meant to have. No two journeys are ever the same!
About Mallory:
I'm a Somatic Therapist and naturopath — fusing the medical with the mystical and weaving ancient Judaism with modern-day healing. I work with natural medicines, homeopathy, and the body to teach how you can heal gut issues, autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, anxieties, and beyond, as well as grow in your self-expansion and path.
My husband and I created a sacred space to come listen to ancestral music, feel in new ways, let go, connect to your roots, and be among community!
