Join us for a peaceful, rejuvenating hike to nurture your body and mind. Sunday Grunding and We Hike to Heal team up for a women's hike series over the long holiday weekend. From Wilmington to Smyrna we will hike each day in a new park. Our women's hikes are a perfect blend of physical activity, breathwork, and meditation, set against the backdrop of a beautiful, easy-paved trail. 🌲✨
