Well, I was traveling the world, investing as an LP in syndications, until I got smacked upside the head by rising interest rates and cap rates while rents slowed... so it's time to get back in tune with the market! I'm bringing back the best and brightest on Sat & Sun, Feb 21 & 22 at the Fremont Downtown Event Center for 2 full days of real estate investor networking, education, and deal-making. Come get a year's worth of networking done over a weekend, right after you're extra inspired by your New Year's Resolution to go kick more ass in real estate! We'll have targeted networking sessions throughout the conference for you to get connected in small groups with investors who are in the same niche as you, and speaking and panel sessions that dive deep into the current market on a variety of niches - from furnished rentals and co-living to senior living, flips, development, and construction, to wholesaling, financing, and new tax law.
