Join us for an open and welcoming conversation on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRH), featuring special guest Kecia Larkin. This session will introduce what SRH is and why it matters, while giving you practical tools and knowledge to feel confident in your choices. Together, we’ll explore contraception; what it is, the different methods available, how effective they are, and how to choose the right option for your body and lifestyle. We’ll also talk about health conditions to consider, where to access contraception, and how to have meaningful conversations with your partner. Finally, we’ll cover emergency contraception and what steps you can take if plans don’t go as expected. This is a safe, supportive space for learning, sharing, and asking questions: everyone is welcome! 🤗
