Sexual Alchemy Healing Arts: Sex Magick

Sexual Alchemy Healing Arts (SAHA)'s mission is to take innate sexual energy, transmute it into manifesting one's creative purpose in life. In this series we learn how to use and incorporate meditation, visualization and magick in our daily lives. Our goal is to tackle topics related to sexuality and spiritual philosophies in a non-judgmental environment to remove toxic shame, PTSD stemming from physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual abuse leading us to make better choices and end gravitating toxic relationships. We aim to remove pre-conditioned beliefs embedded in our DNA, thought processes, and behavioral patterns.

During the first series of SAHA we will delve into Sex Magick:

What is sex magick? How to use it?

In sex magick, we will harness the powerful energy generated during sexual arousal and orgasm to focus their intent and manifest desires. This can involve solo practices or rituals performed with a partner or group. The energy raised through sexual stimulation is directed towards a particular outcome, whether it's personal transformation, spiritual enlightenment, healing, manifestation of desires, or other magical goals.

Sex magick often involves visualization, meditation, chanting, and other ritualistic elements combined with sexual activity. The key is to channel the heightened energy and concentration achieved during sexual arousal towards the intended purpose of the ritual.

It's important to note that sex magic requires consent, respect, and ethical considerations. It should be approached with mindfulness and responsibility. It's also a practice that may not be suitable for everyone and requires a deep understanding of both magical principles and sexual dynamics.

Franceasca Seiden founded Sexual Alchemy Healing Arts aka SAHA in 2017. SAHA’s mission is to transmute Trauma into Power by harnessing our sexual energy/qi into creativity. Seiden workshopped SAHA which includes discussion, creative magick and sound healing in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Miami and New York.
As a clairsentient and clairecognizant intuitive with mirrored neurons she has the ability to know and feel what the physical and emotional blockages are rooted. She combines esoteric practices, such as tarot, meditation, magick, breathwork, vibrational
sound healing and somatic yoga to release stored toxic shame from antiquated pre-conditioned beliefs surrounding sexuality.
She became certified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in 2005, is a lifelong student of the occult arts and sciences with ceremonial ritual practices Her first tarot deck was given to her at age eleven which she still uses along with oracle cards. She became certified in rebirthing breathwork as part of her 18 month residency program at Brahmananda Ashram in The Yoga Society of San Francisco and is currently studying NLP.
Franceasca offers, intuitive readings, breathwork, life coaching and sound healings (booked a minimum day) in advance.
