Sex Talk Sessions

This 3-part series is designed for those who want to go beyond one conversation and continue exploring what pleasure, intimacy, and embodiment can look like at this stage of life. Together, we’ll dive into the anatomy of pleasure, unpack common intimacy challenges, and explore how obstacles — hormonal changes, illness, stress, body shifts, or life transitions — can become opportunities for deeper connection, communication, and healing.

Join us at Gigi Trattoria 6-7:30 PM on April 15th, May 20th and June 24th. We'll meet in a private dining area in the back of the restaurant, and invite you to enjoy food and beverages off the menu. Register for sessions individually or take the plunge and reserve your spot in all 3 to ensure you have a seat. We do ask for everyone to buy their tickets online in advance, and arrive on time so we can dive right in.

Amy Novatt, MD, is a board certified OB-GYN with over 30 years of clinical gynecological​ experience. Amy is now offering women in depth consulting for optimal health and hosting the podcast, GynoCurious, where she examines women’s​ health topics, speaking to both healers and those being healed.

This series is for fem identified people, 30+ Due to space limitations, advance registration is required. Each session builds on the next and enrollment is for the whole 3-part series. Sessions are not offered individually or prorated. Refunds are available only until March 15th.
