Sewing Lessons - Sewing Machine Mat and Cover

Class Description

This is a sewing machine cover that doubles as a very useful sewing mat with pockets to hold your sewing essentials, such as marker pen, quick unpick, thread and scissors. This not only keeps light and dust off your machine but will keep everything at hand whilst working on your latest project.

· 4x 2hours sessions

· £20 per person per session or £65 if paid in advance

· All tools and sewing machine provided

What do I need to bring?

6 1/2-inch x 26-inch piece main fabric

4 1/2-inch x 26-inch fabric

11-inch x 26-inch fabric

6 x 23 inches fabric for outer pocket

6 x 23 inches fabric for pocket lining

8 buttons with holes

26 inches of ribbon or lace

4 x 11-inch pieces of ribbon

24 inches x 26 1/2 inches wadding

Fat quarter for binding

Just to sew things up...

Cutting mats, rulers, rotary cutters, scissors, threads etc are provided. You can use one of our sewing machines or bring your own. And we will have tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water etc and biscuits ready for you.
