About this Event
Join us for a 2-day sewing session on July 17th & 18th, 9am - 12pm (both days) for middle and high school students. Day 1, learn basic hand sewing skills including hand sewing a seam, whip stitch, and sewing on a button/ snap. You will also learn how to thread a sewing machine (provided for you)and learn basic sewing machine skills to complete 1 of 4 sewing projects provided by the facilitator. Day 2, you will create your own sleep mask, bag, pillow, or bucket hat! All sewing tools, machines, & notions are provided!
