This beginner class focuses on basic sewing machine operation for Deaf, hard of hearing, and speech‑impaired participants. ASL support is provided by Chelsey Nielsen. In this class, participants will learn how to thread the machine, wind and replace a bobbin, select stitches, and follow best practices for safe and confident sewing. We take time to demonstrate each step clearly so everyone can learn at a comfortable pace.
