This course is suitable for the next stage or intermediate sewer and will cover everything required to make a pair of professional looking, great fitting jeans.Day 1 10 am - 5 pm you will be going through the pattern, taking measurements and choosing the correct size for you. We will be cutting your toile fabric and sewing it together and getting the fit just right, making any adjustments needed. We may also be sending you home with homework so that we can complete the jeans on day 2 & 3
Day 2 & 3 10 - 5 pm will be sewing together the final pair of jeans. Learning all the technical skills that go with jeans sewing. All these skills are listed below.

What you will need:
The pattern – choose which style of jeans you want to make, I can get the pattern in for you, please let me know when you book which pattern you would like. The price will vary depending on the pattern
The fabric – each pattern will require a different type of denim, once you have booked and chosen your pattern we will email you a checklist for what you will need.
The hardware – we will have hardware sets you can purchase as extra and the list of what you will need will also be on the tick-list.
A comprehensive check list will be emailed to you once you have booked on and chosen your pattern.

You must have sewn a few garments before, be happy using a pattern and ready for a challenge

Please note we try to calculate how long a workshop will be and plan to finish each garment in the allocated time but this isn’t always possible, If you are unable to finish in the workshop time we will make sure you are confident with your garment to be finished at home.
We need a minimum of 5 people for this workshop go ahead, if this number isn’t achieved by one week before we will be contacting you with an alternative date, if you are unable to re-schedule we offer a full refund.
