Class Dates:
May 4th and 7th.
Step into summer with confidence by creating your own custom two-piece swimsuit in this beginner level sewing class. In this hands-on workshop, students will learn how to work with stretch fabrics, apply elastic for a secure fit, and construct both the top and bottom pieces from start to finish.
Throughout the class, you’ll build essential garment skills including pattern reading, cutting and sewing stretch material, lining your swimsuit for a clean and professional finish, assembling pieces, attaching straps and finishing seams for durability and comfort. By the end, each student will leave with a fully completed, lined swimsuit and the confidence to take on more advanced sewing projects. Materials and supplies are included.
Important: Students MUST have prior sewing experience or have completed Sewing 101. This is not a first time sewing class.

At Sew Free Co., I offer hands-on sewing classes designed to help you build real skills at your own pace, whether you’re learning the basics, refreshing your skills, or ready to create your first garment. My goal is to make sewing feel approachable, fun, and empowering so you leave each class feeling proud of what you made.

Refund Policy:
- Transfers to another class follow the same refund rules as your original date.
- 14+ days before the first class: Full refund.
- 7–13 days before the first class: Refund minus a 50% administrative fee.
- Fewer than 7 days before the first class: No refunds.
- Seat transfer: If you find a replacement who pays for and takes your seat before the first class begins, you are eligible for a full refund.

Class may be canceled due to low enrollment in which case a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation Policy:
MakerSpace reserves the right to cancel any class with insufficient enrollment. If a class is canceled by MakerSpace, fees are 100% refundable.
