Rooted in Polarity is a mixed-gender, experiential workshop exploring safety, grounding, and embodied presence through sound, breath, and mindful touch. Guided by sound healer Samantha Martinez and embodiment guide Mark Foil, this immersive experience invites participants to reconnect with the root chakra and the felt sense of trust within themselves and others.

This opening workshop in the Polarity series invites participants into the foundation of connection: the root — where safety lives in the body and presence becomes possible.
Through sound, breath, meditation, and consensual touch, we explore polarity not as opposition, but as a living dance between stillness and flow, masculine and feminine, awareness and energy. When the body feels safe, polarity becomes magnetic. When presence is grounded, connection can deepen naturally.
This is a reverent, slow, and intentional space designed to regulate the nervous system, awaken embodied trust, and restore a felt sense of belonging — within yourself and in relationship.
