Settle into a supported savasana as waves of sound wash over you, each session offered with intention, care, and a deep commitment to healing and relaxation.
Founded in 2011 by Jeremy Arndt and Nancy Grzeszak, Settle into Stillness has grown into a sanctuary of sound and human connection - where music becomes a meeting place for presence, reflection, and transformation. Their work is shaped by years of global travel across six continents, connecting with people through the universal language of music.
Their Sound Journeys blend handpan, didgeridoo, gongs, flutes, drones, singing bowls, and more to create spacious, meditative soundscapes. Known for one of the most refined and transformative Sound Journey experiences in the world, their craft is the result of thousands of hours of practice, study, listening, and devotion.
Their music has reached millions and their events have supported thousands in finding rest, clarity, and inner connection. Rather than offering “sound healing,” they create a space where each listener can meet their own inner guide.
For the 2026 Winter Tour, Nancy and Jeremy will be joined by musicians Parker Horsch and Sarah Paz Hyde.
All are welcome, no prior yoga or meditation experience needed.
