Setting Healthy Boundaries

Are you comfortable saying NO? As we start the New Year and look to balance our time and re-focus our attention in the right areas and on the right tasks, it’s important to set boundaries, to be able to say no and to prioritize our own self-care.

Please join West/South Connects in February for a virtual presentation by NAWBO Chicago Board Member Courtney Smith. As an attorney in northwest Indiana practicing in Family Law, Courtney wears a lot of different hats! As a Parenting Time Coordinator, Mediator and Guardian Ad Litem, sometimes the biggest hurdles that she sees are learning to set boundaries. Join her as she discusses the importance of setting healthy boundaries and how to implement boundaries in your relationships with family, co-workers and others.

Courtney is not a mental health professional. All tips and tricks are cited and these tips are highly encouraged as they have worked for her, her clients and her assigned parents in her parenting coordination cases.
