SETsquared Workshop: Negotiation Skills

Negotiation - it’s an emotive word that can cause fight or flight reactions in founders, not helped by stereotypes of angry executives in face-to-face combat.
SETsquared believe that negotiation is simply another word for ‘good business’ - something that founders strive to do every day and which we look to activate here.
The masterclass is aimed at early stage tech founders and is designed to support a negotiation style that builds long term relationships with clients, investors, co-founders and team members. We combine elements of theory, practical tools and application. The session actively engages participants and encourages them to share their experiences and put their learnings into practice.
Whether you come in to a negotiation as quite the combatant or would rather run a mile, this course will help you:
- Understand the subtlety required to win
- See the path through high stakes business discussions
- Know how to prepare for a negotiation
- Learn different defensive strategies
- Apply what you have learned.
