About this Event
If believers truly came together—not to fix from a distance, but to sit with the misunderstood—we’d begin to reflect the posture of Christ Himself. Jesus didn’t rush past pain; He entered it. He touched the untouchable, listened to the silenced, and restored dignity where the world had stripped it away. A Christlike response to human trafficking doesn’t start with strategies alone, but with seeing: recognizing the Imago Dei in every survivor, every exploited life, every forgotten person.
Going back to the beginning reminds us that every human carries the breath of God. No one is disposable. No one is invisible. When our lens shifts to Christ’s compassion, justice stops being abstract—it becomes deeply personal. Hope takes on flesh and blood. Advocacy is no longer optional; it’s an act of worship. And in the midst of despair, the Church becomes what it was always meant to be: a living witness that light still breaks into the darkest places, and love has not surrendered its ground.
