Join us on May 6th for a unique Sessions Community Personal Leadership Event in nature — a moment to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and reset your intention.
In our fast-paced professional lives, we spend most of our time operating in high gear: making decisions, solving problems, leading teams, and chasing goals. Rarely do we create space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly drives us.
This special Sessions gathering is designed exactly for that.
Set in the beautiful surroundings of Dankjewellness @ De Tuin van de smid in Leiden, this experience combines guided reflection with powerful physical practices like sauna rituals and ice baths. Together, these elements help you step out of the constant rush and into a state of calm, clarity, and presence.
Reconnect with your intention
The session begins with a guided check-in and reflection circle in the tipi tent, where we’ll explore themes such as slowing down, finding intention, and reconnecting with yourself as a leader and as a person. This moment is designed to help you pause, reflect, and set a personal intention for the experience.
From there, we move into a series of carefully guided sauna and cold exposure rituals that help reset both body and mind.
What to expect:

• Arrival and welcome in the natural setting of De Tuin van de smid
• A guided reflection and intention-setting session in the tipi tent
• Time to change and prepare for the wellness experience
• A traditional sauna infusion (opgieting)
• A guided ice bath experience
• Another sauna infusion to deepen the reset
• A group reflection and closing check-in
• Ending the evening together with warm soup and conversation

The combination of reflection, heat, and cold creates a powerful experience that helps regulate your nervous system, sharpen your focus, and reconnect you with what truly matters.
