Overview
Builds on the previous one & two modules, to further deepen skills and techniques in helping people with complex mental health needs.
Please only register to attend if you have completed Session 1 & 2 and fall under this criteria below.
In session three you will further develop your confidence and skills in holding ongoing conversations which empower people make changes that address their mental wellbeing needs.
You will learn further strategies and techniques that can help a person to make changes at each stage of the 5 areas cycle: situation; thoughts; behaviour; feelings; physical.
You will practice working collaboratively to set goals and agree a way forward.
You will learn how to incorporate self-management strategies and resources into everyday practice.
Locate services and resources that support people to improve mental wellbeing.
