In this pre-conference workshop, we’ll apply the CPS process to the art of facilitation design and talk about the factors that affect timing and guide the choice of tools and activities. Using rapid prototyping, you’ll co-create new activities and shape custom tools that fit the sessions you’re planning. The emphasis is on experience: experimenting with ideas, sharing insights with peers, and building tools in real time. You’ll leave with new ways to think about structuring sessions—and a repeatable approach for creating bespoke tools and activities that work in any context.Limited seating.
