As an instructor with over 20 years of experience, I will guide you through exercises to help you improve your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. From September, I will be hosting weekly lunchtime classes suitable for all skill levels. These beginner sessions are an excellent way to get started!
Please note: You are required to complete and submit a health questionnaire before coming to class (please ensure that you enter the email address that you would like the questionnaire to be sent to). Please inform me of any injuries or medical conditions you may have so that I can adjust exercises accordingly.
