Unpaused Menopause Coach, Dani reframes menopause as a phase of renewed potential, highlighting how women can support hormone health not just for today, but for future heart, bone, and brain wellbeing.
The group will discuss the value of sustainable habits, celebrating progress over perfection, and strengthening self-worth far beyond appearance or weight.
Andy Perkins Fitness will bring a practical lens to longevity, showing how mobility, balance, and strength training directly protect independence and vitality as we age.
Participants will learn how building and maintaining muscle can extend both lifespan and healthspan — helping women stay active, confident, and capable. Andy shares realistic strategies for weaving movement into busy lives, staying motivated, and recognising the small wins that compound over time.
