Cymorth Busnes: Archebwch slot amser i siarad â'n tîm am eich ymholiadau busnes, recrewtio neu hyfforddiant. P'un a ydych chi'n archwilio syniad busnes, yn fusnes newydd neu'n fusnes hir sefydledig, mae croeso i bawb.

Cymorth Arbenigol: Bydd pob sesiwn yn y gyfres eleni yn cynnwys arbenigwyr sy'n cynnig arweiniad ar ystod o bynciau busnes, gyda'r opsiwn i archebu sesiwn 1-2-1 gyda hwy am gyngor.

Join us at our first Business Support Drop-in Session of 2025 for an opportunity to connect with the Busnes@Gwynedd team and explore how Cyngor Gwynedd can support your business. You’ll also have the chance to meet a representative from Gwaith Gwynedd who can provide recruitment and training support. These informal sessions are open to businesses at all stages, offering a friendly environment to discuss your needs.

What to Expect:

Business Support: Book a time slot to speak with our team about your business, recruitment or training queries. Whether you're exploring a business idea, are a start-up or a long established business, all are welcome.

Expert Guidance: Each session in this year’s series will feature specialists offering guidance on a range of business topics, with the option to book a 1-2-1 session for more tailored advice.

For this session in Bala, we’re pleased to welcome an Employee Ownership Adviser from Cwmpas. Whether you're actively considering Employee Ownership for your business or simply curious about how it works, this is a valuable opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance.

You Said, We Listened

In response to feedback from local businesses, we’ve introduced these expert-led 1-2-1 sessions as an addition to our usual drop-in sessions to offer more targeted support. This session's focus on Employee Ownership is just one example of how we’re tailoring our services to meet your needs, having learned from the 2024 Business Survey that 13% of respondents were considering closing down their enterprises.
