Proctored ServSafe® Exam
The ServSafe® proctored exam is available to:

Required Materials
Before taking the exam, participants must purchase one of the following:
- ServSafe® Exam Answer Sheet – $40.99
- ServSafe® Manager Book 7th Edition Revised - $52.99
OR
- ServSafe® Exam Answer Sheet & 7th Edition book combo - $72.99
What Makes This Unique?
Our ServSafe® class and exam is proctored by our own kitchen manager, conveniently located at Urban Alliance, and completely free of charge -participants only need to purchase the required materials.
*In order to receive a Food Safety Manager certificate, participants must receive a 70% score or better to pass the exam. All exams are graded by the National Restaurant Association and scores are usually available within 7-10 business days.
