Young string performers from the community will have the opportunity to participate in masterclasses with the 2025 Stulberg Competition Judges. This year’s judges are Rachel Barton Pine (violin), Li-Wei Qin (cello), and Lucas Richman (composition/violin).Master Classes provide an opportunity for students, musicians and audiences to observe and learn from world-class artists.
Master Class participants are chosen by audition. Violin, viola, cello, and piano soloists under the age of 20 (as of 01/01/2025) are eligible to apply (2025 Stulberg Competition semifinalists are not eligible). Video applications and information may be submitted March 1 – April 4, 2025.
