This one-night gathering will bring you the heart, soul, and story behind Chai Pani as co-founder Molly Irani shares her debut book, over an exquisite meal. Learn about their restaurant origin story and journey of changing the perception of Indian food in America while feasting over the food that started it all.
The evening’s menu will be a collaboration from James Beard Award–winning chefs and long time friends, Vishwesh Bhatt and Meherwan Irani, whose thoughtful, boundary-pushing cooking has earned national acclaim. Guests will enjoy a curated multi-course meal that celebrates bold Indian flavors, years of friendship, and inspired stories—brought together with the creativity and care that define the Chai Pani experience.
